Romulus Milien is a multifaceted entrepreneur, music industry executive, and credit strategist with a deep commitment to empowering individuals through education, opportunity, and personal growth.

Milien is the founder of HOTMUSIC365, a promotional firm created to ease the struggles of new and aspiring artists entering the music industry. HOTMUSIC365 is built on the principles of equality, culture, consistency, compassion, and respect, inspired by Milien’s own journey as a musician. He also serves as an A&R and founder of Wesofly Records, using his expertise to guide artists through the evolving music landscape.

In addition to his work in music, Milien is the visionary behind Milien Credit Solutions, a company designed to break financial barriers by helping clients repair personal credit, build business credit, and access capital. With a background in psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University, Milien bridges his knowledge of finance, sales, and mentorship to create a lasting impact.

Milien’s experience managing internationally recognized 

talents such as Kevin Lyttle (Grammy and Billboard-nominated) and Randystaysnappin demonstrates his consistent investment in the dreams of others. Through coaching and one-on-one mentorship, he has helped countless artists and entrepreneurs unlock their full potential—both creatively and financially.

Originally from Haiti and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Milien’s path has been shaped by resilience, cultural identity, and a relentless pursuit of purpose. His introduction to music began in the church choir, eventually forming and directing an all-male gospel group. After relocating to Miami, Florida, he continued developing both his musical and professional aspirations.
